It is now April 14th, 2019. 7.12 PM.
It's been 26 hours since the event ended.
It all started at February 8th when I first asked Prima to be our Project Manager and he didn't answer until February 23th when I first asked him to help to plan the team with me.
Long story short, we gathered the army-- with several hardships. We knew our members were busy and most likely unavailable, but with few struggles and 'forces' we managed to get the full core team right in time. Following up to that was the open recruitment which only get us 9 additional members. Nine, members.
In total, we have 1 Project Manager, 1 Vice Project Manager, 5 Event members, 4 Logistic members, 2 PR members, 3 Consumption members, 5 Publication & Documentation members, and 5 Liaison Officers. With such small team for a campus-scaled event, it is hardly manageable for us to complete every task within such short notice.
In addition to that, there is this one shocking news that got us overwhelmed by April 4th. Turns out, we're also responsible for having selection for KDMI. After quick meeting the day after, we decided that we'll be having the two competitions in April 13th, and in different venue that is side-by-side, that is 14th and 4th building of Itenas. Hence, the LDMI was born.
And, have I mentioned how short the registration period was? We only published our news, poster, official letters, in like 5 days before the actual event, which also means 3 days from technical meeting. Yes, it is just, that, short.
I'm not going to do any evaluation for now. All I want to give right now is the appreciation. I personal-texted every committee and thank them for their help, or even specific matters that is still yet to be solved, e.g. the money I lost from technical error in campus's BNI ATM Center. Lol, yes, that happened. I'm going after that 1.5 mio, watch me, BNI.
Back to the appreciation-- all the committees gave such touching reponses. I am way beyond glad to be part of this team. I am beyond glad to gave my whole efforts to made this event not only possible, but also, a big success to us.
It is ISEF's 6th IDC and 1st LDMI. And I bet we'll go stronger in another year. Oh-- wait. No need to wait until next year, because English Hour with lots of exciting themes and ICE with a lot of purposes are coming up real soon.
Prepare your gears, fellas. This time, ISEF will rock more than it already is. *metal sign*

Yours truly,
Regha Artha
ISEF President.
